So I was thinking about how barbaric these laws are against the womens, how they have to marry their rapists, and be tied to them forever, isn't that evil?Huh

But then I got to thinking, "Hey, wait a minute, I gots 3 womens that lied about being on the pill, and now my time and my paycheck is forever tied to these skanks (who refused to get their business taken care of) for 18+ years!"

Why don't atheists feel sorry for me? I live under a barbaric system like the Israelites, where I must be chained to lying women who decieved me, fat ugly women who I'd never take home to my mother, women who lied about being on the pill just to trap me and get money from me.

How is my situation different from the mean Old Testament laws about women being forced to marry their rapist, a rapist who probably raped to get a dowry in the first place!

Well, atheists?  Why do you wail over the Old Testament, but then give me the finger?  I bet if you lived in the Old testament times you'd be the people who gave the women who got screwed out a "princess perfect life" the finger too, huh?

You think it's my "Princess perfect life" to be trapped into getting my wages garnished by womens who lied about being on the pill?  Why don't you feel sorry for me?  Why don't you support my right to demand that my child get sucked up by a hitmans vacuum cleaner?
"You should have worn a condom"
"You shouldn't have dressed that way."

TYPICAL!
BLAME THE VICTIM!  Is that your moral compass, atheists?Huh

When the little soldier is standing at attention, he should always be wearing his little rubber raincoat.

1. I don't care one bit about anything the "old testament" says, it's a book of superstitious myths written by rather ignorant goat herders.

2. "why don't atheists feel sorry for me?"  Because condoms are $1.99 for six.

Peace.

As if you had nothing to do with the choices you made?

Typical religious person---you yearn for vicarious redemption, and thus you will never save yourself.

I feel no sorrow for anyone who doesn't protect themselves.

If you got that many women pregnant, it is safe to assume you are as ignorant as they are.

You misunderstand the context and translation of the word 'rape' in the scriptures that you refer to.  In that instance it simply means that a man that hooks up with a young lady and sneaks off into the woods with her outside the bonds of marraige has thus ruined her value as a viable and clean wife for other men.
Therefore, once you have spoiled the virgin you are obligated to marry the girl.  Pretty simple and effective.
Reread the scripture again in this context and its fairly clear what it means.
God bless you.

On the contrary, I sympathize with your position. I think that if a woman agrees to use birth control but doesn't, the man should not be required to support the child. It's just common sense.

No birth control is 100%.  It is a drag but true.
If you just needed to get your rocks off so bad that you would have  sex with women you would never "bring home to mom" you should have used a pro, they are a lot cheaper in the long run.

And you  expect me to accept your barbaric God and Bible written by men I don't think so. Buddha never had anyone killed or tortured And Buddha never had to bribe his people with going to heaven for them to act right.
