Okay , I know this is a weird topic . But I was using the bathroom (obviously) and my. . . " feces " was white . I asked my mom about this , and she said it was this candy thing we ate yesterday . It's a Dominican milk candy thing . I guess it's like milk fudge .

ANYWAYS , she says it's from eating that because when she eats it , she poops white stuff . But I'm not sure if it's exactly that . I looked up online that it's white poop it not healthy at all and it means something's wrong . Yet my mom said to not worry about it .

Should I talk to my doctor about it the next time I see him ? I'm not sure if I did this more than once ,  since I don't really look down after I'm done with " business ". Should I wait until I do it again , just to make sure it really isn't the candy ? Or what ?

I'm 16 by the way .

Done anal?

Jk

I believe she's right, food does affect the color of your feces. If it happens after 2 days go to the doctor.

It's probably just the candy stuff but in the mean time have a lot of fiber. Like eat a lot of fruit or those yummy fibery granola bars (Like the fiber one stuff) and I am sure it will be just fine! Drink a lot of water too or the fiber will give you a tummy ache. I hope that helps!

Go to the doctor as soon as possible. White poop means that there could be a problem with your liver, gallbladder, or small intestine.
