Achy pain in right thigh? Ovulation?

It is a very mild annoyance, would not really call it a pain. Feels like something in between restless legs syndrome and a toothache. I get this occasionally, around mid month or right before I start my period. Right now I am twenty days in, usually start my period at thirty-two to thirty-three days, I am twenty-three years old. I am wondering if this is cause for concern or anything. I don't know if this is normal or not, I have had a friend who's mother had ovarian cancer and found out cause she was having aches in her inner thighs, just the coincidence is kind of scary.
