What reasons would she ask this?

A loooong time ago I showed interest in this girl I work with, but she wasn't interested at the time because she didn't know me. Then she started showing interest, hinting at a lot of things and flirting, but I kinda lost interest. Then she got a boyfriend. But she does and says some pretty weird stuff. Like this week, one day she asked me what I ate during my lunch break. I told her a burrito, and then the next day she happened to be at the mexican food place where I get my burritos. The day after that she asked again where I'm gonna eat "in case we run into each other". When I got back from lunch on that day she asked again what I ate.

Before she got a boyfriend she used to ask me what I was going to eat for lunch all the time, but I always kinda dodged the question. Why do you think she's asking this? Just making conversation?

I'm asking this because I do really like her and I'd love to have a chance to go out with her...but then there's her boyfriend. I almost got over her, and it's like she got me interested all over again, and I'm sad.
