As an inheritor of a home, what am i expected to pay?

Back in April my aunt passed away and she left me with her home and 10 percent of her money. The house is not mine yet, although it is clearly stated in the will that it's mine I will not have the deed handed over to me until October. However, the executor of the will has told me that the lawyer informed her I am expected to pay all of the expenses on the house after my aunt's death. Meaning, the mortgage, internet, utilities, gardening, ect. that the estate has been paying for since the death will be deducted from my 10 percent because I will be the only one to receive the profits from the house later. This does not seem right to me because I cannot make any money on the house now because it is not mine yet! Yes it will be mine soon and I will have renters in it to help pay for the expenses, but presently I cannot make any money off of it so why should I pay for it?

When this starts, none of the Inheritor's Attributes or Power can rank above his STR, and they will go down as that ceiling reaches them. At 0, he fully devolves into a cockroach.
