Breakfast: Cherries, 1 peace whole wheat toast w/ organic peanut butter, 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt w/ 1 tsp honey
(then I exercised and burned about 800 cal)
Lunch: 1/2 wheat tortilla w/ black beans and salsa, freshly squeezed juice (carrot, apple, lime, ginger, celery, grape)
Snack: 1 carrot with hummus, 10 peanuts
Dinner: spinach salad, 1/2 cup thai noodles (peanut sauce, cilantro, whole wheat noodles), 4 pieces (about 1" cubed) of coconut crusted tofu with mango chutney
Dessert: tangerine

I know it wasn't super healthy, but was this not too bad?
q_t_cakes101: I lifted weights for about 1/2 hour then I went to Zumba. My Zumba instructor is INTENSE.... basically you spend an hour working out as hard as you can with muscles you didn't even know you had. I am always drenched in sweat by the end.

You ate extremely healthy today. You ate balanced meals with fruits, vegetables, whole wheat, proteins, and healthy fats. Make sure you are eating enough if you are burning so many calories working out.

This is a wonderful and healthy diet. It isn't super healthy and it shouldn't exactly be healthy. You should still enjoy food.
Keep this diet. It rocks!
