obuma and others who pander to illegals claim to be removing illegals who commit serious crimes. Do you consider identity theft and document fraud a serious crime?
Just because it is not a violent crime, should it be a felony to do either?
Should illegal aliens who commit such acts be prosecuted and deported?
Should the government be held responsible for the victims of identity theft by illegal aliens since they fail to prosecute?

Yes, I had my identity stolen and used in Missouri.  I had to pay over a thousand to a credit card company because the judge refused to believe that I could not work in both AZ and MO. I have been fighting this for years.  It keeps popping up.  The person destroyed my credit rating, and there is little that I can do.

It is definitely a serious crime no matter if it is done by a person who is legal or illegal.  You definitely wouldn't want it done to you.
