For instance, I would feel very bad and get touched when I see a homeless person on the streets, yet the next moment I would laugh my *ss out when I hear on the local news that an old lady got hit by a car and died.

I would comfort someone who is crying and try to be there for them, yet the next day when I see another person crying I'll be like suck it up you little p*$$y, stop being a crybaby!

I don't know what the hell is wrong with me man ... I feel like there's 2 sides of me: the super caring nice guy and a super evil uncaring douche. DO I NEED HELP? SHOULD I GO SEE A PSYCHIATRIST?

Yes. Then we might not have to see this question over and over again.

Yes. If you're that concerned about it.

Such extreme swings in attitude would be commonly seen as abnormal. You should see a psychiatrist, for you will not function properly like this. You need to either be caring or not caring. To swing between the two will cause confusion for you and those around you.
