Attorney General Pam Bondi says six more states will join Florida and 19 others in a lawsuit against the Obama administration's health care law.

Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Ohio, Wisconsin and Wyoming will join the coalition of states that have filed a lawsuit in federal court in Florida. Bondi's announcement Tuesday came as the U.S. House debated repealing the law.
"I"don't make sense?  This is a cut and paste from the news.  How can 35 states be supporting it when 25 are filing a lawsuit against it?  Oh, wait-now I remember, this has something to do with 57 states, right?  Well that's still not enough, we'd need 60.

It doesn't really matter how many REPUBLICAN attorneys general fight it. It's not going to be overturned...

This is good news.


I live in Ohio.   So I won't have to buy health insurance.



scott b:  This is beyond a partisan issue.   I'm a Democrat and I oppose Obamacare.

For the first time in a long time (our last Gov. was a liberal), I'm really really proud of my state for fighting Obama(doesn't)care.  
ALL of America should join before Barack and Co. destroy us.

37 states have either filed a law suit or have passed legislation to exempt themselves from 0bama care
