It's a known fact yahoo answers is only about trolling and doesn't represent reality in any way. If you see a question or answer you don't like and see as stereotyping then just ignore them don't even report them, in my opinion only porn should be reported. To me this shows people take the internet way too seriously. If some one says anything bad about then just ignore them or block them they are behind a computer screen it's not like they are in your face insulting you.

I just like arguing. I don't report, but I do point out stupidity, usually when I feel the person is a genuine idiot, not just trolling.

I do not take it seriously but, I sometimes like to point out how sometimes the over generalization of both men and women only shows the ignorance of certain posters, and have myself a good laugh when some posters seem to have a flair for it. =P

Some women in a recent question said the were traditional but do to GS trolls they are leaning towards being feminists.

Pretty sad and pathetic when people change their world outlook based off of 9 or 10 jerks on a web forum.

Because I have:

-no social life
-no friends
-no significant other
-no social hobbies
-no public career (only science)
-no identity

and spending my lonely days on Gender Studies makes me feel like I'm needed somewhere, by someone. Really, Yahoo! is all I've got. Sorry.

Well,I don't take Answers seriously and don't report most of the trolls I run across. However,if I see
a post that abuses another yahoo user or spews obscenity,I have no problem reporting it. The reason is simple. Even on the Internet,a certain standard of behavior is expected and that's why on this site we have a set of community guidelines saying what behavior is or isn't acceptable.
I don't agree with every single rule but most of them make sense and I try to follow them. If I see
someone being a jackass or trying to engage in what I consider to be cyberbullying, they will be reported. To your face or behind a screen,it's still abuse and not to be tolerated.
