So, i have had breathing problems ever since i was little and my pediatrician a year ago had me use an inhaler for sports induced asthma. I was never tested for it and i sm starting to doubt that is what it is. When i exercise, once i loose oxygen i cannot get it back and it causes me to get very tired and dizzy. I eat food beforehand and drink plenty of water. I dont think this is si asthma because afterwards even just relaxing i still have to breathe very hard to regain oxygen and my stomach hurts too. Also, i basically cannot breathe in humid weather. I never end up wheezing unless if i run something like the mile run. What could i have? BTW: i am 13 guy

asthma is caused by the airways in your lungs constricting or narrowing. You also get inflammation. So you will have problems breathing until that narrowing of the airways and the inflammation isn't reduced enough to allow for enough oxygen to get in and co2 to get out. I dont know what the stomach pain is, could be just from running, like a cramp or something

Humid weather makes it hard for anyone to breathe, but with asthma, the airways are more sensitive so it may affect you more then others.

I would suggest you get formally tested for asthma. Many people have been misdiagnosed with asthma because it is such a difficult disease to diagnose. You have to rule out all other possibilities before you can say it is asthma. You may want to look into a pulmonary function test (PFT) which can be highly suggestive of asthma.
